Parent Coaching
I am available to help you address and make progress towards your life goals. Maybe you know what you really want out of life either as an individual and as a parent. Maybe you are still struggling to find your purpose in life. I am here to support you through the journey of self-exploration using a holistic approach.
As a parent of a 22 year old and a 9 year old, I get to see parenting from a spectrum. The moods, anxiety, trials, and successes, all make us surviving parents. But are you a well functioning parent? Do you think and feel like you have a good handle on your parenting skills? Is there such a thing? I am excited to work with you as you navigate the journey of parenting children and youth.

The leadership and collaborators of UnCAGE consult with local, national, and global partners on culturally-sensitive issues related to mental and other health disparities.

Research and Scholarship
The UnCAGE leadership is excited to conduct and facilitate research with local, national, and global partners, including practitioners, educators, and students, on current trends and international concerns.
We bring writing teams together based on research interests. We serve as a sounding board for developing culturally-related research and scholarship.
